... put into use. This kept Dunikolu from bashing against the quayside but still we were being bumped against the fender instead! Earplugs and a drink or two meant we managed to sleep soundly. So we left Elba without seeing anything of it, but we can still explore it another day.

Next morning we were away to Isola di Giglio where the Costa Concordia was holed and beached.

... home of Napoleon.  The island is small and can be circumnavigated by vehicle in a day.  Unfortunately we did not explore to much of the island but did have a chance to stroll around the little harbour, the home to many yachts small and grand.
