Getting to Prague from Berlin seems forever. Not that it has to be, just cos we wanted to save on the tickets. The promotion train ticket starts selling online usually 3 months before but we didn't buy the ticket till 2 weeks before and the cheapest ticket now is 29€. The promotion can go as low at 19€ if you buy early. We took the night train from Berlin to Dresden and had to wait for 5 hrs in the train station for the next train. There ...

... area underneath the castle. Saw loads of pretty buildings, canals and cute streets, as well as a dead swan and a moving sculpture of two guys *******, before coming back across the river over the famed Charles Bridge - which is one of the famous landmarks of Prague with its many many statues. The bridge is CRAWLING with people so it's really hard to move let alone get a good view or photo of anything. All of the cool shots you see of the bridge must be taken at like 4am. A lot of ...

Afterwards, we took the audio tour of the Lobkowicz Palace, which was narrated by a descendant of the Princes of Lobkowicz. He ...

... Prague to Vienna, so finally have some time to type in the details of the last couple of days. Sister Losch gave us the contact information of a couple living in Vienna (going to an English speaking congregation). We plan to check into the hotel late this afternoon, then meet them at the bar at the hotel. I’m sure they will have nice suggestions of what to see in Vienna.

Until the next time I get some quiet time to write some more ...

We get off the train and start out to find our way! We are quickly approached by a bum who would be more than willing to help us out with directions... Been there done that got the tee shirt! We find a Mc Donald's and use the wifi to direct us. On the way we decide to stop at a street vendor and grab a bite to eat.... Well this lady doesn't speak any English and then she rang me up and I realize that my bill was almost twice what Steve's was!!! I pay it and figure out ...
