... insult to those who suffered in the Holocaust to not take advantage of the opportunities presented to me, and enjoy the luxuries in life that they may have never had. ... pretty grim. We saw Station Z with its' gas chamber and crematorium, the Jewish barracks, the prison, etc. It was bitterly cold and overcast, fitting weather for the site.

... Sauerkraut. A ridiculously large bit of ham with crackling, served with fried potatoes and sauerkraut that had been braised under the ham.
