    Not for families

Quite an unsuitable place for a family. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pullout couch is essentially a sheet on top of springs that were saggy and painful to sleep on. It is located right beside a strip-club in Sydney's King's Cross area.

Because on Monday, I was in Montreal. I took the plane at 5pm, arrived five hours later in Vancouver, but at 7pm. Just there, my day expands of three hours (a 27 hour day), which would not have been that bad if I had stayed in Vancouver. But no, no, no, I had another flight to catch, an International Date Line to ...

... ended up having a private tour as everyone else had to go for one radon or another. We spent a fascinating 2 hours on the rocks until the tide forced us to retreat. The diversity was fantastic and there was so much to see in a small area. Highlights were a live sharks egg, floating anemones, huge spiky pencil anemones, characterful hermit crabs, shrimps, fish, tiny starfish, many varieties of sea grasses, a beautiful speckled sea slug, a sea ...
