Well it's now Sunday and sadly we leave tomorrow. We've had a lovely last day with our time split between the beach and pools and enjoyed lots of lilo fun. We are sad to be leaving because we don't want to have to go back and do thinking and jobs. Today it's Dominican night. Who knows what treats lie ahead.... There are some right strange people here. I shall tell you about a few: 1. A man who looks like a cross between Bill Clinton and Father Ted - we like to call him Bill ...

... but didn’t really work too well for us.

After an hour on hold with Continental, and an hour on the phone with an agent we worked it out…what had happened is that the 2pm flight they originally had us on was cancelled, so the 7am flight is the only option on Friday. They automatically switched us to that (brilliant).

The solution was that they’d fly us to Newark the day before, and put us up in a hotel, buy us dinner, ...
