Biarritz, Aquitaine, France kramertown... room from us was a classically loud/drunk pair of American surfers. They needed our help explaining that they wanted their Margaritas "on the rocks" so they stumbled over to our table to ask if we "spoke American." I said, I spoke a little. Hilarious. The meal was very good and highly memorable.
... to get ready for my first surf in the Atlantic Ocean. I opened my board bag only to find that KLM Airlines had creased my nose and put a big hole in the bottom of my board. Hossegor, France peteandmandy... in the area, and its's $8 per hour. Right now we are in Hossegor, north of Bayonne. We found a nice campground, with unisex bathrooms..horrible...but the campground is nice and close to the ocean. The waves are small, but have gotten better today. I'm making Ian go out since he did bring his board all the way through mainland Europe for this!!:o) I'll write mroe later!!! We're on our way to Bordoux soon...and hopefully some good wines! Aur voua..or something like that!!! hehe
