~Yellow to all my friends~ Today was a slow day for the most part. In the morning we got up, ate breakfast, and got in the car and drove to Antalya. ... purslane in garlic yogurt (I’ll try this with mache), and a kind of ratatouille of eggplant, zucchini, and peppers flavored with olive oil, garlic and lemon. They make a dessert of semolina, sugar, water, margarine, and nuts. The simple syrup is flavored with lemon geranium leaf. We got to taste all this, and I and 2 others got to make a borek out of phyllo and feta. I must say mine was the best looking!

... why build a house out of stone blocks 75cm thick? They must have weighed 500kg, at least. The best preserved part was the amphitheatre. Set on a cliff it was still very impressive and from the walls you got a great view down the valley.
