Campo, Duomo & Wine... oh my!
The day was rainy and a bit dreary, but this did little to dampen my spirits. It takes a lot to make me depressed in Italy, and exploring a medieval town like Siena certainly isn't one of them. I wanted to get lost in the winding streets, allowing Siena to show me whatever it desired. Unfortunately I couldn't do this as I was on a group tour, which was probably a good thing because the aimless wandering would have gotten me terribly lost!

Wedding Day
We drove to the villa a few days ago and have been settling in here getting ready for the wedding and meeting the other guests coming for the wedding. Ryan and Bick (my nephew and his new wife), have friends from all over. Ryan and Bick work in England and Bick's parents are from Malaysia, so was a very multicultural affair.

Siena is a cool place and there is so much history here. Just walking throughn the streets is amazing and I'm getting used to the Italian way of life to some extent. The food is the first thing I notice, it is so good!!! ...
Last Weekend- Amalfi Coast

Jack Rogers are just sandals that go for about $100 + more in America, so we figured why not get a custom pair in Italy.
