Today we had to get up at 5:00am to walk to the train station because our train was at 6:15am so we could catch the train to Rome, Italy. So at 5:00am we got up, got dressed and had no breakfast. When we were walking to the train we went down the main shopping street in Venice and I could tell you there was a lot of shops. Then we walked a bit more and finally got to the train station in Venice. After we finally got to the train station we went and caught the super doper super fast ...

... out of the station heading for - who knows where!! We headed back to the bus again (having already checked they had not boarded) and carried on our journey. A little distressed as we had no internet or phone credit and although I knew they would be OK I really did want to talk with them to set a plan. Anyway we arrived in Venice to no driver!

... the food couldn't come quick enough. When the food did come I had a croissant and some bread with jam. It was great and hit the spot just right. Our waiter was really good and gave us some complementary pizza to eat which was amazing. He also made me go with him and put on this waiter bib and serve my mum and Debbie drinks. ... as a hostel. And Mestre(10 minute train ride from Venice) was a cheap hotel. B&T Rooms: -horrible internet connection! -your 'free breakfast' was a store bought packaged stale crossient. And some weird stale toast shaped crackers... They were awful! -no common area -no kitchen -the only hostel so far that didn't have free coffee or tea available. -not so nice location Hotel belvedere: -nice clean hostel. -comfy bed -good common ...
