That day we ate mofongo again at Cafe Puerto Rico, and took a ferry to tour the Bacardi rum factory, learning more than I ever cared to learn about the production of rum. After lunch, we went to hotel El Convento to pick up Steven and Amber’s luggage and get a taxi. Then the taxi took us to our hotel and picked up our luggage and then brought us to the ship dock. Everything went smoothly and we got into our rooms around 3. We spent rest of the afternoon unpacking, exploring the ship, etc. Had dinner around 6 at the Blue dining ...

My Carnival Valor Cruise Review Aug.25-Sep.1, 2013 Because of a tough year in which my wife and I dealt with the three D's (death, disease and dreadful bosses) we decided to celebrate with a nice Caribbean vacation aboard the Carnival Valor cruising out of San Juan, PR with stops in the Virgin Islands, Barbados, St.Kitts, St.Lucia and St.Martin. A little bit about my wife Joanne and I. We are just a boring Midwestern couple ...
