Very nice tour around the Peninsula, through rich area of San Rafael, up to La Barra bridge (which the driver gave us a roller coaster ride on), Beverly Hills to a fantastic private Museum - the Museo Ralli. This museum is free and contains some major Spanish and Latin American art works including also many original Salvador Dali and European painters. Very few security guards, photography allowed and generally no signs saying ...

I made it through the line and my suitcase weighed in at 22.4 kg. The maximum weight is 23 kg. Wow...just under the wire, yet again. The suitcase gods are definitely looking out for me:-)
After the check-in I had to go and pay a departure tax of about $190 bolivars ($48 CDN). Then it was good-bye to Ana and I proceeded to go through the security checkpoint.
