Also the caves were an experience getting in, ie waiting for the waves to be low, then push forward and cross the narrow opening before the water gets higher again, not that the hole would close but it would lift the boat and you would hit the 'roof' with your head.     ... by trees. I would have expected older trees than what I saw, but then not sure how well it was maintained and big trees being eliminated. Was not so impressive as Doggioreale (see a first week).
    From there up to the north along the highway (paying) to get to Milazzo. On our way over we saw a first glimpse of mount Etna - very impressive.
    Milazzo itself is not a very fancy city as the main purpose for us bing ...

    ... and love to lay on deck, sit on the balcony or even lay on my bed and watch the sights! lazy Lea!!! Absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed laying in the sun for an hour but I know the heat is deadly. The Pommies are ****in stupid all laying out in the sun. You can see how burnt they are already. Crazy!     ... the way up. We could walk around dormant craters at this height and the landscape was still pretty amazing. We the headed back down and called in to the village of Tormina, which is located between the sea and Mt Etna.
