... or not the place we had parked our bikes wouldn't result in them being ticketed or worse still, clamped or towed, we found somewhere to park the bikes for the night which wasn't too expensive and not too far away from the hotel.

During the evening we found an Indian Restaurant and had a nice inexpensive meal. We also visited a Russian style bar and sampled a few of their beers.

We had to wait a little later for breakfast today because it was Saturday and the baker comes a little latter. Because it's Saturday there were more roll choices including croissant with chocolate. ... in Ludwigshafen. Rita had a beautiful pear cake made for us and the table was set. We had coffee and cake plus champagne. We talked awhile and then looked at their house. This morning we had to catch the 7:45am bus to Strasbourg, so we had to wake up earlier than before. The bus ride to Strasbourg was about 2 hours and we got to stop at a rest stop to get some breakfast which was good because I was soo thirsty! I slept the whole way and listened to my music.
