... to say, we didn't swim for long! We had some nice cool melon during the morning and I also had a refreshingly cold beer. The afternoon comprised of writing a couple of missed journal entries and an amazing lunch. I went for pizza and Lisa had a Greek prawn dish. They were both very well made and tasty as anything. I think we have found a great restaurant here. After lunch we went for a short walk to the end of ...

... a lot smaller and shopping is limited. But we walked around town all evening, stopping for a delicious brownie crêpe to share. We took the taxi back to our resort and parted our ways for bed. I had a shower before I went to sleep and I'll never forget the grossness of the bathrooms. Apparently soap isn't a thing in Ios! Air conditioning is five euros a day, so we decided not to get it. It works with tomato ...

... was literally 50 meters from where we picked up our bags! So convenient. The hotel was beautiful and the beds were so comfy and inviting after out long travels. We were asleep nice and early and then up first thing the next morning to head to Naxos. For anyone that needs to stop in Athens on their way to an island. We would highly highly recommend it. We had a standard room but it was soooo beautiful and spacious and lush! And the beds were deliciously comfy! The windows ...

... steps you need to negotiate on Greek Islands - up and down 80 steps throgh very narrow alkways before we arrive at the restaurant. Lunch is an understatement - it was a feast of significent porportions. Home made bread, local cheese, stuffed capcicum tomato and egg plant, greek salad, fried potato chips (local fresh potatoes), goat stew (magnificient) and dessert topped with fresh goat ...
