Filled time in car singing about kebabs to Nick Cave songs. Trip longer than hoped or expected. So tired, slept heavy for the afternoon after obligatory kebab. Turns out the room the boys stayed in last time we were at the squat is now condemned because of scabies. Not sure what scabies are-either bed lice or the crusty vegan punks who shared the room last time. Either way it does not sound good and I am super ...

After somewhat harrowing drive arrived in Byogoszez ( locals just laugh when you try to pronounce this name) to a lovely flat above the venue. Head out for brekky of dumplings and savoury pancakes round midday. This is theist pretty city of the polish leg of the tour. After cursing the promoter for making us do the drive, he just offered to make us dinner-all forgiven. Beautiful small club ...

          • Moving on from Poznan was a good idea, so we had a final coffee in Marta's shop and took a taxi to the station with its giant shiny new (and by all accounts, unnecessary) shopping centre above it and headed to Turon. It lies on the impressive and very wide Vistula and is one of the oldest cities in Poland (although they each seem to claim this with as much certainty and vigour.) ...

Mamy piękną działkę. 350 metrów kw, dom z drewna, domek narzędziowy, duży trawnik. To co lubię najbardziej to duża ilość różnych odmian drzewek iglastych.

Wczoraj pojechaliśmy ściąć trawę i nieco ogarnąć przed zimą. Pogoda była jak na jesień bardzo ciepła.

... the central theme. Instead, it's a cheap cafeteria with prepared food. But this was a really nice one and we over ordered because you point and don't really know how much food you get. You get a lot. And 1/2 liters of beer were about a dollar. We gorged on stuffed cabbage (stuffed with pork), soups, slaw, potatoes, gravy, you know, the heavy stuff.

We had to walk that off and did so in the beautiful Rynek, or ...
