    ... an elephant sanctuary in Ko Samui where we were able to ride the elephants, but it only lasted half an hour. Yesterday we visited Ban Kwan Chang elephant camp and had the most amazing experience.     ... Mains were green and red curry and puddings sticky rice and bananas in coconut milk. The dishes were surprisingly easy to make even if I had never heard of half of the ingredients.

    ... to see the rest of the island and planned to drive along the coast all the way around it. We saw some incredible places: Lonely Beach, marvellous views, a waterfall and a Sea Gipsy Village named Ban Boa.     We had an enjoyable few days at the Garden Resort (care of our Dutch friend Maus). After catching up with friends, house hunting, scooter purchasing and a lazy day by the pool (even the pool temp is 33c!!), we packed our bags and headed for our new home.
