... it in its natural form the road just ends and turns to just a gravel track, after following that was about 10 minutes you arrive at the tree tops resort, where they have just built huts in the trees and you need a ladder to get to, wouldn't fancy trying to get up there 1 with my bag or 2 when had a few to drink, that would end bad.

Sadly the sea was in and the beach was covered in rubbish, which was slightly sad to see, cos ...

... Rob and I could make out “crack, crack, crack” from them, and maybe it isn’t such a normal phenomenon? We went for dinner and picked up a couple of beers from the local Tesco and played cards to end the day.

Our third day in Koh Chang, we got a taxi to Lonely Beach; which wasn’t so lonely as there were people everywhere! We chilled out, read on the beach for a while, looked in the local shops and caught another taxi to Bang Bao so Rob could ...

So when this rain eventually stops it will be sunshine all the way until at least May next year. Rock on. The beach is on my doorstep, the rainforest behind me. And the way of life is pretty damn chilled. I think it's taken me 6 months to detox myself from London. It's most definitely been worth every minute.

Oh, I'm not sure if you all know, I bought a small piece of artwork. Bamboo art they call it and its printed on my leg. yes ...

... we produce during the day will be used for the food in the restaurant in the evening, as we will only require a fraction of the paste created. Apparently my Panang from the night before was produced by a German on the course yesterday!

The resulting food is a feast. After nearly 5 hours of cooking and demos we are hungry, but hardly make a dent in the banquet we have produced.
Ning gives us a small cook book to take ...
