Let it Snow!

... was really nice seeing them again - it is their last few days in Austria so it was good to see them before they went back to England.

We went for a couple of games of bowling before we left and said our final goodbyes to the Virtual Heroes lot!

At one point a herd of sheep trotted along the road toward us all by themselves. Where was the shepherd? We were the only people on the road for miles. ...

Ahhh! Slovenia

Driving up through the mountains to Bovec was breathtaking. The trees are bright oranges and reds and some of the higher peaks are snow covered. We were the only ones on the road which was a good thing because it was really narrow and had sharp curves constantly. Our Downton Abbey girl found this tiny town of 1200 people with no trouble. The small hotel I found through ...
