... makes it almost impossible to throw out trash (there is a 4 page manual on how to throw out trash and you have to buy special bags that cost $25 francs for 5), but ensures that the public transportation and train system is amazing and always right on schedule - to the second.

Also, the entire country closes on Sunday, which isn't very good when you arrive on a Sunday with no food - let's say I was a little hangry to say the least, but ...

Day 282 2 hrs, 5 kms Dalais is another peaceful little village, built partly in the valley floor, and partly up the grassy slopes. The scenery so far in Austria has been nice, but not spectacular (here I go, comparing it to Switzerland again!) But my next town more than makes up for it. Auberbraz is halfway up up grassy hillside, and above it is not one, but two magnificent waterfalls, tumbling over the rocky precipice.

Time to do a little side trip. It woudn't be right to just snap a picture and move on... I'm going to climb up to the base of one of those waterfall.
