    ... had nothing to do really, I walked in the garden, saw the raspberry bushes, a lovely tree house, a little pond with fish, the lawn where the dogs love to play around... A little paradise!

    I so much enjoyed to be part of a family, everybody around the breakfast table in the morning, the funny Corki dogs, the cat that comes to sleep on my bed, and seeing my old friend Phil after so many years.

    Tomorrow I take my Amtrak train to Montreal, next visit!

    ... what we have had lately probably killed the crowds. It was a really interesting place though. We left before the next downpour and made it back in time for Marty to try to stop the waterfall of water coming down the mast with a quick duct tape fix. It actually helped quite a bit, but we still had enough water come into our shallow bilge to set it and our high alarm sensor off while we were trying to call my parents. I hope the rain stops tomorrow so we ...

    ... good service, very nice man, looks like a nice marina in case anyone is in the area! Troy Federal Lock was the only one without hanging ropes, we had to loop our lines around a pipe instead. After the last lock we hit tidal waters.... time to pay attention and plan our runs accordingly from now on. It was interesting to pass through the bigger cities of Troy and Albany, and for me it was fun to see Albany from a completely different point of view! After Albany's shipping yards ...
