Fantastic weather. I start the day with a big breakfast courtesy of the hotel. Very nice. My taxi driver Artan shows up just before 9.00 in his black Mercedes. He is a nice man with two kids and some english. Everybody seems to own a mercedes here - looks like they are all sent here when deemed no longer worthy in Germany. ... Sea on both sides. We reach Butrint which is located on the lake. I can already see some of the towers of the site which is well kept as it is UNESCO listed so the local planners cant do much.
