Paola drove us to Dolo station. She was a very nice host, we will write her a good review. We transferred trains in Milan. We had a hour to kill there so worked perfectly for a lunch break. From Milan to Brig we sat with two guys, one from Maine, USA and the other from Melbourne, Australia. It was nice to talk to other English people. The Aussie guy is a English lit major, travelling for the last 7 weeks. The guy from ...

... but mark was trying to corral the boys outside, so I had to hurry and pick all of my stuff! It was hard to narrow it down, I just may have bought quite a bit! We got to our seats and stowed luggage, only to find the same guys arrive at our seats helping ...

... wear gumboots! We started the day sloshing through the water! We were so happy! It was so fun! We might have been the only ones smiling, and that was fine with us! We bought some Italian bread and went for a long walk through water and looked through hundreds of chocolate stores and a few more supermarkets! Lindt chocolate is huge over here! You can buy massive Lindt chocolate squares nearly as big as your mouth! And you can pick every flavour balls!!!! We ate lunch at a "hole in ...

... pizza, and the waiter brought us that page missing from our menu. We were tourists, and we were being toyed with. We should have walked then. When he came to take our order, I said the kids were splitting a pizza to which he became very indignant and said it was one pizza per person and no sharing allowed. Without hesitation I announced, "Now we are leaving!", and we got up and moved on. The bill for our table of seven would have been close to $100 for pizza and Cokes for lunch while ...
