    Benicasim beach resort

    Found 5* campsite in Benicasim (cheaper than last stop!!), stayed 2 nights, would have stayed more but pitch not great and tree cutting a bit annoying. More like a resort, lots of Brits overwintering.

    A good clean of the van and washing done, Penny now much more relaxed!!

    Did a 10km bike ride along the prom, very pleasant indeed and a beautiful coastline scene.

    First time in years Penny has worn shorts and ...

    Well, the good times are over, Kathleen has entered "going home mode".

    Thoughts of weight gain etc.

    So, a few new "rules":

    • no more crisps
    • no more biscuits with our morning coffee
    • no more snacks, ie nuts, olives, gerkins etc
    • no more lunch time beers
    • reduce alcohol intake
    These of course are Kathleen's rules, but, to use ...
