We got up this morning to the sound of pouring rain on the tin roof of our cottage at Lorenzo's. 'Frustrating' is the best word to describe this issue with extending my visa. Ibu Siska sent a text message to Ibu Jein in the middle of the first period this morning to say that there was now a major problem with my visa application at the Kantor Imigrasi. Because the documents had not been submitted yesterday afternoon as planned, there was now no way to get the completed visa and passport back by COB on Friday.
