... and waving palms.

We deposited our belongings and headed out to see some sights. I wanted to see the lighthouse, but it was closed, as was nearly everything this else.

We got lost trying to find some food, and some locals directed us to Devon Street, where we found Joe's Chicken Shack and a surprisingly good curried chicken wrap. Sharan learned what a drag club is. We wandered around Devon Street until we saw our fill, then headed back to the ...

The Brazilian guy was young but he spoke about a serious topic and the mad scientist took his words as fact. The topic of course was the 9/11 conspiracy. How a German engineer was on the scene during the investigation and found a truckload of TNT, and how the government is covering ...

... was a very sweet fish, often compared to scallop-like flavor, and was flaky and super tasty! We thoroughly enjoyed it, and would love to have hogfish again - the Keys are known for it and we'd never heard of it before. Even Erik, not a fish lover, thought it was delish. That night, we had our tasty steak dinner with grilled potatoes and did some packing up.

The next day, we were jumping in the car to leave the Keys. A man stopped to let us know that ...
