We stayed that night in Noosa (the Monte Carlo of Aus) very fancy and the potential of a really nice play to stay. That was until, bed bugs. Gross. I was about to get into bed when I saw a big. Hmm, that's weird. Didn't think much of it, but then, another bug. And another. And another. All over the sheets. ...

... lights and we actually drove past Herschel Street where we had stayed over New Year. Before long we saw the signs for The Gold Coast and The Pacific Motorway and within an hour had arrived at The Meriton Apartments in Broadbeach. The manager of the Brisbane Meriton certainly had kept his promise as on checking in we were met by Manageress Amanda who presented us with the key for a 2 bedroomed/bathroom ocean view apartment on the top (27th) floor. Wow, what a view but at first I felt ...
