... no wonder its expensive. The old town of Safranbolu is a UNESCO World heritage site because of the old houses. We walked through and they still do the work the old way there. ... to the 60's maybe it was even earlier than that. It looked like someone had stood at the bathroom door and hosed everything down so the whole room was soaked. There is absolutely nothing extra in the room. No fridge, no fan, no airconditioner, no carpet no tea or coffee, no nothing... then I pulled back the curtains and discovered the best view out there over the bay. Just beautiful.

Ooh, I looove Amasra.. I've been there for..mmm..I don't know how many times. I go there a lot since my childhood and it's the one of the places I find peace.. I love the places which have the combination of sea, trees, mountains and historical remains. Amasra is a place like that. A small, peaceful, historical town with the forest and the Black Sea.
