Today was a public holiday (see yesterday's entry) and everything was closed except the cafés which were doing a great business. The sun was out for a lot of the day too.

The school kids were out in force again with their marching and drumming and having a great time. There were priests and lots of dignataries laying wreaths and then more marching and drumming through the lined streets. It was quite moving to see.

If I don't learn to slow it down now I will never have the chance to learn this. I don't want to rush through that moment of just being engaged, forgetting all those sweet, tender moments. I don't want to rush to the point of getting to the wedding to realize I was so frazzled I didn't even enjoy the moment. I don't want to be in such a rush to get ...

... before so finally I decided to head out to Far Out.

It wasn't super impressive... basically had gotten started an hour earlier than usual. While Aussies say "Oh we're Aussies we party and get ****** up all the time"... I've found Americans and Brits way more irresponsible.Met up with the two Aussies I was with the day before but we don't really click well so I left. Later saw the two Canadians.

Left around 730 to take a nap. My alarm went off at ...
