    ... small bowl for olive oil for mothering Touché! We still haven't tasted the Lemoncello but the day is still young. The beach here is not sandy but gravelly and the small pebbles are black (volcanic rock). Fishing dinghies & small boats litter the small bay with a gorgeous view gazing back up the cliffs. Bougainvilleas with their bright purple flowers provide contrast against the white stucco villas & shops. The vegetation is so lush here ...

    ... rain along with about 100,000 other people and ride about 50 k to hotel, only saving grace was that we had a tailwind and once we cranked it up we were no longer cold. A warm shower at hotel was very welcome.     This morning I woke up and decided that I really should go for a run so I ran up and up and up to one of the vantage points we had been at yesterday without the view due to the clouds. It was amazing as the day was clear and I could see Capri, Sorrento and nearly to Naples. It was so amazing and no one to share it with.     ... its good and its not full of people.. normally a lot of American in their spring break so the company its good.

    I would say to take a sandwich or something for the trip cause the prices are crazy.. but if you want to eat there there is a place in Positano ( i will go there later in another post, today only amalfi)

    ... talk a minute more about the buses first. It is so great to not only experience the crazy mountain roads that are barely wide enough for one car and maybe a Vespa but then throw into the mix two buses coming at each other from both directions! Now, that is living on the edge! Today, one of the buses went so close to the other bus I swear there couldn't have been more than an inch of clearance. I love how the buses talk to each other ...
