    ... to Freedom exhibition, highly recommended by the guidebook, seemed totally shut. Instead we caught a local train to Sopot, slightly further north, and walked to the pier, and then along the beach, paddling in the sea. The sand was very white and fine, the day hot and sunny, and I've caught the sun!
    In the evening we ate veggie food in Bioway, then wandered round the historic main town, most of which was completely rebuilt after the second world ...

    ... treating myself :3 lunch was just okay, it's a recommended place in trip advisor but just so-so. Tried the Zulek, soup in a bread bowl & trout as my main, had a margarita too & it costed around £15. Didn't know the tipping etiquette here but apparently if you say "thank you", it means you don't want your change back wtf. 8PM : just came back from my walk after lunch, I think I've walked the whole of Old Town ...

    ... out of the maze of underground corridors it was around a fifteen minute walk to the centre of the 'old town' area. The walk itself has you passing stunning buildings and plenty of shopping so is a pleasant stroll (maybe unless you are pulling a wheelie case on the cobble stones!). Much of Gdansk was destroyed in WW2 and the reconstruction of the old town back ...

    ... miejsca na Sycylii, co więcej, mam kłopot z wybraniem mojego ulubionego miejsca na Sycylii. Po dłuzszym namyśle na tytułowe zdjęcie bloga wybrałam Zingaro - mimo wszystko przyroda wygrała ;) choć świątynie greckie były blisko w rankingu.
