Today we had a last look around inside the Diocletian Palace, picked up our bags from our lovely apartment and said goodbye to Angela and her husband who were so accommodating and friendly.

I wished I could have stayed there longer and relax by the sea but I had to keep going as I wanted to stay at Villa Mikrut in Podstrana the night.Mrs. Mikrut was obviously very pleased to see me again and gave me the top floor one bedroom apartment fronting the sea.
After unloading my luggage, I was invited to join her downstairs for a snack and ended up with a cooked meal later on. So nice!
... level one of the ship and you go to level three get a ticket and wait before going to A level and get on a tender after lining up for that tender. It's absolute ********. I know me when I get on land and find that waterfall (on our own and not in a friggen tour group) all will be wonderful again but I DO NOT have the patients for this ticket, line up, cattle queue scenario.......so I will blog and whinge the time away while waiting..................still ...
A warm welcome from Hotel Jezero - right on the edge of the lakes, and home to about 15 tour buses with whose occupants we shared breakfast with this morning. It appeared everybody had the idea of an early start - we planned to be at the Lakes at 8am, we made it at 8:24 - pretty bloody good.
