After our visit to Hvar, we got back in the boat, ate lunch, and "enjoyed" seagulls flying over head, trying to get food. Great photos, but for a girl who worked at Ontario Place and got several "gifts" from seagulls, not great fun.

Our next stop was Brac Island, to the famous "finger" beach called Zlati Rat. It ...

I wished I could have stayed there longer and relax by the sea but I had to keep going as I wanted to stay at Villa Mikrut in Podstrana the night.Mrs. Mikrut was obviously very pleased to see me again and gave me the top floor one bedroom apartment fronting the sea.
After unloading my luggage, I was invited to join her downstairs for a snack and ended up with a cooked meal later on. So nice!

... meters in height, and is quick - over in a few seconds. We drove a few miles next to Geysir to a national forest and walked around planted trees of larch, spruce, and poplar. We crossed several streams and enjoyed the views of marestail on the forest floor. Our next stop was only 12 kilometers further on within sight of Langjokull Glacier, the largest waterfall in Europe Gullfoss. It is a two-part waterfall in a gorge. The upper falls is at right angle to the lower falls. The ...
