As it was 1.30 we were thinking about lunch only to be informed for the 4 and a half hour trip there was no food or drink of any kind available - fortunately I had some chocolate which I even shared with Steve.

My niece was excited to show me the fresh strawberries growing in the field, and we had great fun playing around on the farm. That afternoon my mum, sister, niece and I sat outside in lawn chairs and had our first real 'family time' of the trip. It was ...

    centuries. Well worth a visit.
By now we were ready for a late lunch
in the city centre. This was in a little restaurant in a back alley.
I had small squid with grilled vegetables whilst Alison had a pork
dish with salad. Both were divine but we are not used to big meals
in the middle of the day and my stomach does not seem to know what to
    do with them.
    The weather remained threatening but
not actually raining so we visited ...
