      ... I are huge champagne fans but we figured if we were going to do it anywhere it should be in Epernay and we were very glad that we did. The variety of the different styles of champagne and how they matched each course was very interesting and we never realized that champagne could have such a wide range and could stand up to intense French food like Coq au Vin and Fois Gras.
