... crowd in Rishikesh was boisterous, but mostly friendly. The girls in our group certainly got a lot of attention, some of it unwanted, and we did see one fight break out, but on balance it was a brilliant morning. By 2pm things had calmed down, and we were all in the river washing off. Then we just lay around in the sun on the ghats for the rest of the afternoon.
