... breakfast I joined the Qubecers in renting some super amazing bikes and went for a ride around the outer temples. We attracted the attention of some local kids who proceded to ride with us for the next 4 hours from site to site. Today I explored the ashram of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, more commonly known as "the ashram the Beatles stayed at in the 60's." The Beatles with their wives/gf's/reporters/assistants, etc (along with Donovan, and 2 Beach Boy members) studies transcendental meditation there in 1968 with Maharishi himself. It's said that there they wrote 18 songs for the White Album and 2 for Abbey Road.
