Started the day with a hearty breakfast. Hotel offered a special price for a set menu breakfast. $7.50 for 2 eggs and choice of ham, bacon or sausage. Came with fried potato slices (like my mum used to make with left over boiled potatoes) and a couple of small slices of fruit.
