We arrive at our stop - Interlaken west...we say our goodbyes and off we go to find our Airbnb apartment.Our host gave us really easy instructions, and we soon found her waiting at the front of her shop to greet us. ... Next to a small mill – with work in progress – was an Alpkaeserei. Daniela got us some samples of the Alpkaese, or Alpine cheese, and it was very strong and tasty.
