This was the best hotel on our trip. We had a balcony (great for drying our washed clothes) but no view. This hotel had the only double bed on our whole trip. Overall is was impeccable but the shower curtain had some questionable stains on it.

Yes it is definitely worth coming back again one day with my family or friends, to spend a day or 2 here just roaming and admiring the streetwares, creativity of the people or just sit back and look at the deep blue sea and blue sky.... oh so lovely and lovely and I am so thankful i can be here!! Had a lot of fun taking photos with Mr and Mrs Yap and Guo Yongqin and Zhong Hua... Had a great greek ...
... cute roof top terrace overlooking the town, the scenery here is breathtaking. It was one of those picturesque moments, something that you have seen on a post card, only now we are actually here seeing it with our own eyes. The white and blue buildings clinging to the mountain side with the sun setting behind them was a stunning view. We are feeling pretty lucky today. Steve had fun cruising around the windy roads of Santorini. Tomorrow we’re off to Ios. ...

Santorini is known to have the best sunsets in the world, and we both believe this to be true. It is simply stunning, the whole sky lights up orange and the boats and islands in front become black silhouettes. My photos don't do it justice, I think I may have exhausted our camera with how many photos I took!! We ...
... in and socialising with people. After the picnic some of us headed out to a local bar to watch the soccer. We spent a little while at the bar and then headed back to the hostel to rest.
The next morning I checked out and headed to the final island of the tour…Ios.
Check out week 17...Ios, back to Athens, Istanbul and Munich
... from what I saw Kamari appears to be the cheap backpacker-ish area of Santorini. The beach has black 'sand' and it was soooo windy that the water looked really scary. The wind was creating really choppy big waves that were smashing onto the beach and into the rocks at the end of the beach. But if it had been a nicer day I think it would be an ok place to be (Naxos is still my ideal beach/water place so far).
