... straight into the glacier cave at -5deg it was somewhat cold. Our next mission was to go walk the cliff hanger bridge a 250 step bridge suspended between two cliffs. Unfortunately the wind had come up and just as we were getting there they decided to close it owing to safety. We managed a short bit of time in the snow also to be told they had seen lightning and should head indoors. Brad and I didn’t need a second warning not sure if this was owing to safety or the ...

The trail continues to climb and even though we thought we were getting a workout in Germany climbing to all the castles, our legs start to feel the steepness. As the trail steepens, so does our gasping for oxygen. We are a lot lower than Colorado mountains starting at just under ...

... outside of a train, but I wondered at that moment, what would happen if the train started to move while the tourist was sitting there?

Anyway, we went in the restaurant in the hotel there, and got some almond scones and apple turnovers. At least, I know I got an apple turnover. Because those things were so dang delicious.

After eating, we got on a train back down to Lauterbrunnen.
