... saved but most was lost. But the Swiss being Swiss had very specific notes about which wood was used and sourced from which forest and they built an exact replica of the bits that burned. You can still see the scorch marks on some parts of the original bridge.

... weren't able to get out here as the connection to the other run was closed, so we stayed in & then climbed to the next stop, "Trubsee", 1800m, where we got out to change modes of transportation. Where to begin?. What a fantastic, unforgettable day! If you are travelling to Europe, then this is a must do! How many of the 231 photos would you like to see?
