So our local busride to Masaya was a only a 30min one, but in frying heat and with your heavy backpack on your lap, it was long enough. However waiting right by the ferry dock was a bus heading to Masaya a town further North of Granada and somewehere we wanted to go anyway. Speaking of the baby Jesus, Nicaragua is primarily a Catholic country. In every Nativity scene we’ve scene so far, the manger was empty. Now that Christmas is here, the baby will be included in the scene.
