We got a bit lost (not much), and got very hot. Check-in, shower, nap (there's not much to add there). We then headed to Thera (Fira) for a delicious dinner and beautiful sunset. I guess that is what everyone is here for. There a a great number of restaurants and hotels lining the cliff sides of the island. In ...

Well, we had a very small margin on them, probably 40m and then it was all on, trying to stay 40m in front of them! When ...

... was a stop along the way with a beautiful view but we nearly got blown away- em got a photo of me looking like a troll doll and aunty lee looking like superman! The black sand beach wasnt as windy but it was apparently the booze destination of the season- the sand looked pretty depressing in comparison to our beautiful yellow and white sand! Our last stop was a private family owned winery where the owner- george? Took ...

      Istanbul to Santorini

... to find that the flight time had been changed and instead of leaving at 6.20pm we were not leaving until 7.50pm so all that rush for nothing as we had plenty of time. Only a short flight , about 30 minutes and were picked up at the Airport for our transfer to the hotel. Thank goodness there was someone there to pick us up as with all the one way streets we would never have found our way. ...
