The washing was out on the sunshine before we had breakfast. After breakfast house keeping had a good clean in Dream Catcher, before going for a long walk on the beach. The beach is very long probably about a mile. The sand is grey and course with yellow patches and pebbly at the back. I removed my shoes because they were filling with as s as it was quite soft and deep in places. The course sand ...

We climbed back up the hill, the goat was happily grazing on the rocks above us. We drove across the mountains to the south side. We stopped for water in a village, a Land Rover passed us ...

... and not very welcoming. We found a small cove to park for the night, there is definitely a storm brewing, the wind us getting stronger and there are occasional showers. The cove is very nice, there is a long beach in a tight curve with steep mountain sides at each end, the centre area is all olive trees leading up a gentle incline to the village which us about 5 kilometres away. There is one taverna which is closed up for the winter which has a small lake behind it and at ...

... over the seemingly endless waters, I think about how it is like God's love and how it is too vast for me to observe its entirety. It extends to the farthest point my eye can see and then still beyond. Trying to grasp the full measure of God's love is like trying to understand every wind that blows and pushes the waters against the shore. There is just too much to try to understand it all.

The second verse of Bebo's song is especially good:
