Pamplona to Cizur Menor to Zariquiegui to Alto def Person to Uterga to Muruzabal to Obanos to Puente la Reina. We started our Santiago de Compostela Camino trek today. The day draws and it's time to pack the bikes as we all move in different directions....EP takes flight to home, Nat and the rest of the seven head to Italy and the TT caravan heads to the Alps and some of the others take time out to travel Europe.

Race Report - 16 July Race of Truth - Hauticam - Individual Time Trial
Today was a beast of a climb to Hauticam
A filthy hot stinky day to the clouds.
There were a lot of Roosters out their today – but most turned out to be feather dusters.
... mountain and the intensity is still electric.....even for the lone last rider.....ever so encouraged....and the show rolls over the hill, with the finish some 40 km down the valley.
Time to part company with the TDF with a down hill run all the way to Argeles our home in France, it was slow trek home as we dealt with all the traffic and a long day out was experienced with no doubt this being an absolute highlight for everyone on ...

Today we rode from our five star lodgings in Aregles Gazost up to the mighty Aubisque via the obligatory Col du Solour.
