    ... I think it's so cool that they are available for students to see there. Traveling to a place with a host you know has made certain trips go much more smoothly than others and made them more enjoyable. Belgium was much more relaxing, partly because Kathleen guided us as to how to get to places and what to do, so we weren't wasting any time trying to figure small logistics out.     ... at the playground. My favorite part was when Sage instigated a game of chase with Daddy and Bryn. After running all over the park, Bryn appeared at my side shouting, "Mommy, there's an evil guy coming! His name is Daddy!"

    ... We are experiencing all the seasons in one day. Brilliant! We just drive past Stuttgart Football Arena - looks unreal.     Brussels is no where as pretty of a city as Paris is. I didn't realise how spoiled I had been until I left Paris. Brussels didn't impress me. Perhaps it's because of the neighbourhood I stayed in. The irony of things is that I found myself speaking only in French even though English was widely spoken. ...

    ... I felt like a kid when we entered; like I just wanted to run around. One of the most magnificent squares I ever seen in Europe. Crowded with tourists, I did my best to take as many pictures as I possibly could with as few other tourist's heads and shoulders in them. Then we just sat and marveled at all it's glory for a while.
