Marni and Brody were in good form today. There was an elderly couple sitting behind us waiting to be picked up by their driver who was stuck in the snow. Marni and Brody entertained them for most of our lunch. It was very cute and it definitely made the couples wait more enjoyable.
After our lazy lunch we walked back and the kids walked back along the wall again.
... a long, hot shower and washed my hair. It took quite a lot of conditioner to detangle the back-combing from my up-do last night. Eventually I had it all nice and smooth, and finished by blowdrying and using my straighteners.

Then I got a glass of fizz to enjoy back in our cabin, before it was time to get ready, dressed in our glad-rags. I wore a gorgeous floor-length black velvet off-the-shoulder gown, with a black lace choker and silver platform shoes, and Trevor looked very smart in his dinner suit with a red bow-tie and cummerbund.

Our cabin is a superior outside one, with a window instead of portholes, twin beds, a dressing table and a couple of chairs. The bathroom has a bath tub as well as a shower. This would be our ‘home’ for the next 16 nights. :-)

... breakfast at 11, then waited 5-6 hours would take it to 4-5pm, then dinner would, be at 9-10pm, wait three hours before bed and it would be midnight-1pm - not the best really.
