    ... amp; veges, then cake & curd tart. While we had dinner our bags were delivered to the hotel, so when we arrived we just grabbed keys, went to our rooms then headed out for a walk.

    Villach is a beautiful town of 58,000 people, it has had several earthquakes in the past & then during the war it was bombed 37 times and a total of 32,000 bombs were dropped on it, resulting in 85% of the city being damaged.

    ... we enter Austria the rolling hills are more frequent. As with all European trains they do not always tell you the station coming up, you have to know when to get off, either by knowing the station before or knowing the time you should arrive which is usually on time!
