Our guide book suggested skipping the local museum and just peruse the hotel hallways, which we did before and after high tea, dinner, and breakfast the next morning. Even the kids enjoyed it. She disappears fairly quickly to make way for an older female and baby. These guys impress us with their monkey gymnastics for quite a while. At this point the other couples decide they've seen enough and leave! Just after they've gone a 3rd mum and baby come behind us ...

... but the road is twisty and in very bad condition, so it took a little bit over an hour to get to the top of the mountain. Once there, we had to pay an entry ticket... but the whole thing was very shady. In the end, we could bargain the price. The driver also had a homestay in the village. It was already late and everything was closed, so we didn't have anything to choose from and ended up staying there. So far, this was the most difficult and ugly trip we've had.
