The scenery on the way down is gentle rolling hills with plenty of agriculture. We are getting more and more olive trees and grape vines. We are definetly back in Italy. Our next place is a self catering place. We are met by ...

Natural unspoiled hot spring. Free for the taking. Tiered layers of hot springs and waterfalls.
      Mostly Italians there. Delightful.

Beautiful, small, a jewel of a medieval town. Two other tourists there. Wandered the streets.

My stop for that night was a stop on the beach, in a place called Latina, so it meant I could have a little nap in the sunshine on the beach and work on the tan, and generally chill in the peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of Pompeii. I did just that. I found a quiet beach, with crystal clear waters and slept, swam and generally chilled.

... restaurant, while waiting for the soccer repeats to finish and the game to begin. Not tonight Josephine. Waiting for the rain to ease, please Josephine. Better luck with the rain than the soccer, so carefully trotted back to the hotel ducking under shop awnings.

Left the door to the balcony open overnight. So relaxing listening to the waves swish gently against the shore.
