        ... there were two what the locals refer to as spotters sitting on a bench so not sure what they were doing possibly they were on the look out. We have also had in the news here, that 1000s of refugees have been travelling overland in droves to Macedonia, but then they are being captured and tortured there for money......         ... but Kinda found a nice hotel with a great breakfast and view of Kavala for about 50 euro a night. It was about 3 Kms to the city but a taxi was less than 4 euro.

        At the bottom of the old city was an ancient aqueduct that transported water from the mountains. We had an authentic Greek fish meal which was nice. Lot's of cats were around to eat any leftovers and it seems there are many stray dogs and cats in ...
