Brugge

So we are sitting on a train to Munich (via Frankfurt) as we begin to make our way down to Croatia. Which gives me some time to tap away at the keyboard and reflect on the past few days since we left Paris.

And being able to sleep in after a good night out :) Organized group travel doesn't really allow for any of that. So there was only one logical solution: see it all, go longer and ...

Ben's Beer Column - Beers in Bruges

A travel blog entry by kwoo on May 11, 2011

... of the bar! I'm joking, but seriously, shout out to Kaylee for dealing with my research for this blog so far. Enough with the jokes. Belgium is a true beer drinking destination. With over 1000 types of beer, and accompanying 1000 different types of beer glasses, Belgian's taste for impeccable beer ranks up with their love of waffles and chocolate. Kaylee and I were lucky to tour the only remaining brewery in Bruges, called de Halve ...
