... shining and I'm uncomfortable wearing my winter trousers and holding my thick coat lol! I traveled light with only a 25 litre backpack and a 5 kilo allowance... I guess it won't hit me until I break cloud cover :( oh I can see the airport boo! At least it is not windy, fingers crossed! So I have been in the air for about 3 hours with one hour to go. I closed my eyes for a bit ...

Since the trip was not possible due to bad weather. I had nothing to do but go to the beach. Ironically the sun came out, but it was still windy as hell. It's like a monsoon out there right now. It's really bad! I spent the day at a cafe drinking coffee and sleeping. I took a stroll around ...

We arrived at St. Cruz at 8:30 in the morning after a full day at sea from Casablanca. Santa Cruz is the capital of the Canary Islands and the island of Tenerife is home to the third largest volcano in the world. At 9:15, we hopped off the boat and hopped on a “hop on – hop off” bus that ran by the port entrance. We hopped off near a huge outdoor market and then strolled to a large department store, El Corte Ingles, up ...

... a less windy beach :)... And I'm a bit sun burnt, but it's not bad. Ok it's late, we had a bite to eat and we attended the 70s theme night and then went to Veronica's, which is a set of overrated drinking holes, full of young Brits... Not really our cup of tea, but we stayed for 2 ...
