Later we started our drive to Andorra, a small monarchy right on the border of France and Spain. We were not impressed with the pouring rain, and shocked seeing cars driving towards us covered in snow. As we climbed the mountain the rain turned into snow, quickly covering the road.

Today, walking past Caldea (which is another story) within 100 meters was a state of the art Thermal Spa, construction site, hotels, a cemetery, a small farm with goats, chickens, sheep and new-born lambs, apartments, and the country's largest hospital.
